Is there a charge for returns or exchanges? 

It is buyers responsibility in ensuring we receive goods in perfect, resaleable condition. Postage is to be covered by the buyer and any packages that require an exchange will also incur a return postage fee.

How long after purchase can I request a return or Exchange?

All returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days after you receive the item.
